NEW YORK, NY - Rodgers put on a clinic, going 27 of 35 for 281 yards and 2 TDs. The MetLife crowd was chanting 'Aa-ron! Rod-gers!' as he carved up the Pats defense. Garrett Wilson and Allen Lazard each caught TD passes from A-Rod, and Wilson became the first 1st round WR to catch a TD from Rodgers in his career.
On defense, the Jets blitzed Jacoby Brissett on 40% of dropbacks - their highest rate under Robert Saleh. Brissett faced pressure on 56.5% of dropbacks, his highest rate since 2018. The Patriots' offense was abysmal, gaining just 40 total yards in the first half. Rookie QB Drake Maye made a strange NFL debut late in the 4th quarter.
