Head coach Dave Canales has made a bold move, benching Bryce Young for veteran Andy Dalton starting Week 3 against the Raiders.
Young's struggles:
0-2 start to the season
245 passing yards, 0 TDs, 3 INTs in 2 games
55.4% completion rate
Career-low 84 passing yards in Week 2
The Panthers' offense has scored just 13 points in two games.
Despite offseason improvements:
Upgraded interior O-line
Traded for Diontae Johnson
Drafted Xavier Legette in 1st round
Canales, known for reviving QB careers like Geno Smith and Baker Mayfield, seems to think Dalton gives them the best chance to win now.
