Tua Tagovailoa suffered another concussion in Thursday night's game against the Bills. The incident occurred on a 6-yard scramble in the 3rd quarter, where Tua was hit his head on Bills safety Damar Hamlin's arm. He was quickly ruled out for the rest of the game.

Tua's stats before the injury:

  • 145 passing yards

  • 1 touchdown

  • 3 interceptions

Concussion history:

  • Missed 5 games in 2022 due to concussions

  • Stretchered off field in Week 4, 2022 vs. Bengals

  • Concussed again on Christmas 2022 vs. Packers

2023 season:

  • Career-best 4,624 yards, 29 TDs

  • Led Dolphins to playoffs

  • Just signed a 4-year, $212.4 million extension

This injury raises serious concerns about Tua's long-term health and career, despite his efforts to avoid head injuries, including jiu-jitsu training. Is this the end of Tua's time as the Dolphins' franchise QB? Should Miami start looking for alternatives?
